What you say is so true. I have been subjected to a few emails that would curl your toes. The person that sent them professes to be a friend. It is a cowardly way of stating a case that the writer in question would never have the courage to do face to face. I choose to ignore these emails, but my opinion of the person diminishes with each rant.

    I disagree.
You need to have some courage to write any critical email that might be hurtful for the reader…
But we always speak about the importance of understanding in human relationships, do we really have any when we really need it…? Yes, there are emails which show a heated state of mind.
But we need to find our part that triggered such an action.
Trust me, there is always some even if you are reluctant to confess it.
