Food! We are what we eat.

How we eat and what we eat is what we are. What I eat may be best for my body but not for your own. And it is more important to KNOW what you can eat vs what you can’t eat. This is needed in all of our experiences. Eat foods that are bringing you good cheer, good energy, and a good feeling after you have eating.
