what a lovely night….

When we think about taking care of ourselves, we must alway think about how and what we eat.  Lots of Lovin’ in making the food and willingness to eat what is good for us.

When we drink warm water…it is better than cold.  NOT good for us to be eating and then having COLD water! STOP and have warm water….

Best have water on a empty stomach and fruits the same….. AND RID of SALT as much as possible in what we eat.
