1. Eat well.  For example eating Fruits on an empty stomach vs a full one.

Eating good fruits from Kiwi, to bananas, papaya, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, apples, oranges.  ALL GOOD fruits in the Morning. Not to mention, watermelon, cantaloupe, mangos, figs and on and on.

In my own mediterranean cooking and eating, I have herbs that are also very good for us.  Think of all herbs that help our body.

WHITE SUGAR is dangerous….Try honey or maple syrup.

Eating well is so important.
