Herbs and Spices and nuts are good…and some foods ideas.

Someone wanted to Know what herbs and spices. When making pasta sauce for example: secret number one, Lots of dried basil.

here are some herbs and spices:

oregano, garlic powder, garlic is GREAT for the immune system; mustard powder, saffron great for depression, turmeric, cinnamon (great for men), sage.

Cashews also good for depression, but very fattening. Almonds have vitamin E. Walnuts are incredible for the Brain and great for how the body feels.

Avocado on toast?

Ricotta is good for us….on french toast?

Contemplate and meditate on what delightful foods work with you and read literature that gives us alternatives to a health body, mind and soul.
