    That photo of you above is fantastic.

    Oh yes, we need our sleep and rest. Often, we feel guilt (at least I do) for taking a little siesta, when we could be helping someone. However, rest is necessary for adequately helping other people. So, please get your rest. Your love and vitality and beautiful teaching soul is needed in the world, desperately. 🙂
